1. Warranty
HardBlock LLC warrants that all products are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for the warranty period. The warranty period is 3 years from the date of purchase, unless otherwise specified.
2. Terms of Use
By using HardBlock LLC products, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to comply with the following terms of use:
- Products must be used strictly for their intended purpose. Any other use is at your own risk.
- Exceeding load limits or subjecting the product to excessive mechanical, impact, or other stress is strictly prohibited.
- Installation must be performed in strict accordance with manufacturer instructions and applicable safety regulations. Improper installation voids the warranty.
- You are responsible for regularly inspecting the product and must immediately discontinue use if any defect or malfunction is detected.
- Use of damaged or defective products is strictly prohibited.
- Exposure to moisture, corrosive environments, extreme temperatures, or chemicals is permitted only within the limits specified for the product.
- Any modifications, alterations, or unauthorized repairs without prior written approval from HardBlock LLC are prohibited and void the warranty.
- Maintenance must be performed using recommended methods and components.
Additional conditions for differentials:
- Operation of the differential under loss of traction (including wheel spin) without engaging the locking system is strictly prohibited.
- The user assumes all risks associated with such operation, including but not limited to: oil starvation, overheating, accelerated wear, seizure of spider gears on the cross pin, and failure of internal components.
- Any damage resulting from such use is considered misuse and will automatically void the warranty.
3. Warranty Limitations
This warranty does not cover:
- normal wear and tear;
- improper installation;
- use in violation of these terms of use;
- overloading or negligent operation;
- lack of maintenance or improper repairs;
- damage caused by external factors (including but not limited to accidents, weather conditions, or vandalism);
- any modifications to the product;
- damage caused by improper differential operation, including wheel spin without engaging the locking system;
- use of the product in competitive, racing, or extreme conditions (including but not limited to racing, rally, off-road competitions, or similar activities).
4. Warranty Claim Procedure
If a defect is discovered, you must contact us as soon as possible at: support@hardblockusa.com
To process your claim, you will be required to provide:
- proof of purchase;
- a description of the issue;
- photos or videos (if requested).
Do not remove or disassemble the product before receiving instructions.
At its sole discretion, HardBlock LLC will:
- repair the product;
- replace the product;
- or issue a refund of the purchase price.
5. Limitation of Liability
Except as expressly stated in this warranty, HardBlock LLC makes no other warranties, express or implied.
All implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to the duration of this warranty.
Repair, replacement, or refund of the product shall be the sole and exclusive remedy available to the purchaser.
HardBlock LLC shall not be liable for:
- any damages exceeding the purchase price of the product;
- direct or indirect damages, including incidental or consequential damages;
- loss of profit, revenue, or use;
- costs related to installation, removal, or reinstallation;
- damage to vehicles or other property;
- claims made by third parties.
HardBlock LLC shall also not be liable for any damages resulting from improper use, installation, or maintenance of the product.

This warranty provides you with specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary by state or country.
